As a member of the core leadership team, led an interface development team of five people in a rebuild of Nintendo's web property. Acted as the liaison between the project's designers, developers, and business stakeholders. Developed a patterns-based Javascript application framework to enable the team to work with greater concurrency.
As the sole interface developer on a two-and-a-half person team, delivered a web application which aggregated news about Microsoft products from blogs, flickr photostreams, and Twitter feeds. Deployed the application in three weeks.
Performed launch-critical optimizations on the Javascript code behind the new Palm website which was deployed coincident with the release of the Palm Prē.

Grew a social group of graphic design professionals from 320 to 940 members, over 5 years of organizership. Hosted monthly gatherings and organized special events, including a presentation by the Canada Revenue Agency on the taxation rules that govern design services.
